- Regular day porter service: $60–$85 per hour, depending on scope, crew size, and equipment.
- Subscription-based contracts: Most of our property management clients work with us on monthly recurring agreements. You get a consistent schedule at a predictable cost.
- Custom quotes: Every property is different. We’ll visit your site, understand the scope, and put together a proposal that fits your budget and needs.
All of our team members are W-2 employees. We carry General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Commercial Auto insurance. Additional insured certificates are available on request.
